Our inspectors will interpret the results as accurately and reasonably as possible so our clients are given actionable information and can proceed with any necessary repairs.

As with any inspection, there are limitations to thermal imaging. Predicting future conditions is not possible. A roof that is showing signs of moisture intrusion through thermal imaging will most likely cause serious structural issues if left unaddressed. Our inspectors simply use thermal imaging as a tool and will not use it as definitive evidence of an issue.
